The Business Rental Support Representative position will possess an increased level of knowledge, skills and abilities to handle all customer transactions.  The primary roles of this position require proficiency in utilizing internal systems including but limited to Odyssey, eCars, RFS, Ralph and CRM on a daily basis to support the long term rental needs of corporate accounts.  Successful performance in various performance measurements is required to earn yearly merit increases.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Support sales by organizing and completing administrative projects
  • Create customer reports as requested
  • Facilitate the loading of key pieces of information into the sales CRM tool to provide detailed activity records 
  • Provide accurate information and solid customer service on every transaction per established criteria
  • Handle multiple tasks (ie., talking with customers while accessing information in a computer and may include addressing questions from team members or manager while handling daily tasks)
  • Provide timely and accurate information reflecting a customer service focus
  • Maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor while speaking with external and internal customers
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One year of data processing experience in a fast paced environment required
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Travel industry experience preferred
  • Proficient working knowledge in Excel
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be willing to accept a starting pay of $14/hour commensurate with experience.
  • Apart from religious observations, must be willing to work a 40 hour work week between the hours of Monday-Friday 7:00am- 6:00pm.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks (i.e., talking with customers while accessing information in a computer; addressing questions from team members or manager while handling daily tasks)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to probe for additional information with tact
  • Attention to detail and ability to focus on current task with distractions
  • Knowledge of geographic locations and time zones
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Exceptional communications both verbal and written
